The 2026 ORLEN Lang Team Race season begins this Saturday

This Saturday, May 16, marks the opening round of the 2026 ORLEN Lang Team Race season. The renowned cycling series for amateur riders will once again begin in the heart of the Bieszczady Mountains – in Arłamów and its picturesque surroundings, where riders will compete on a demanding and scenic course accompanied by a professional race atmosphere.

The time has come for the start of one of the most anticipated amateur cycling series in Poland – ORLEN Lang Team Race. This unique three-event series attracts thousands of cycling enthusiasts every year, all eager to test themselves on specially designed routes. The 2026 edition will feature races in ARŁAMÓW (16/05), BUKOVINA Resort (08/08), where the ORLEN Tour de Pologne Amateurs – Ryszard Szurkowski Memorial will take place, and BYTÓW (19/09).

The 2026 season will open with the race in Arłamów on Saturday, May 16. The event promises an unforgettable challenge for cycling enthusiasts. Riders will tackle a 69-kilometre route leading through Gruszowa, Koniusza and Kalwaria Pacławska. The peloton will complete the demanding Bieszczady circuit twice – a course well known from the elite battles of the Tour de Pologne UCI WorldTour.

“I invite all cycling enthusiasts to join us at ORLEN Lang Team Race in Arłamów. We have prepared a beautiful and demanding course in the Bieszczady Mountains. The start and finish will be located at Hotel Arłamów, and along the way riders will pass through many stunning locations, including Gruszowa and Kalwaria Pacławska. It will be a spectacular event,” says Czesław Lang, General Director of Lang Team.

Participants of ORLEN Lang Team Race will have an excellent opportunity to test their early-season form on challenging climbs. The nearly 70-kilometre route includes seven ascents, guaranteeing exciting racing and strong sporting emotions on the picturesque roads of south-eastern Poland. As tradition dictates, both the start and finish lines will be located at Hotel Arłamów, where the race office will open on Friday, May 15.

Competitors in the various age categories will battle for prizes provided by partners including Germina and Ekoï, as well as the coveted ORLEN Lang Team Race leader jerseys.

Every rider will receive a starter pack containing Vitarade nutrition products and supplements from Fitness Authority – a brand dedicated to athletes and active lifestyles. Thanks to the cooperation between Lang Team and Decathlon, participants will also have access to a professional bike service in the race village.

Once again, ORLEN Lang Team Race will provide amateur cyclists with a unique opportunity to experience challenging routes, professional race organisation and top-level safety standards in one of Poland’s most beautiful cycling regions.
